Tips and Tricks

  • Beef patties: You make them from scratch by shaping ground beef into balls and crushing them. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, then cook. Watch the patties as they cook to prevent them from overcooking and becoming tough and chewy.
  • Burger sauce: Taste the burger sauce and adjust it to your taste by adding less or more of each ingredient.

Notes

Beef patties: To make your own beef patties, form some ground beef into balls. Then, flatten them with your hands or a spatula. Sprinkle some salt, pepper, and garlic powder over them for flavor. Cook them on a skillet or a grill, turning them occasionally. Keep an eye on them so they don’t get too dry or stiff.

Burger sauce: The burger sauce is easy to customize. Just taste it and see if you want to add more or less of any ingredient. You can make it tangier, sweeter, spicier, or creamier according to your preference.
