Violations include not only a failure to comply with applicable laws and regulations and BJC policies but may also include a failure to detect, timely report, and/or correct any offense.

BJC HealthCare does not have a strict dress code in place. Employees are expected to dress in a professional, yet comfortable manner. Business casual or business formal attire is generally the expectation. Casual items like jeans, shorts, t-shirts, and sandals are usually not appropriate.

Family and Medical Leave of Absence

If a contract employee is suspected of substance abuse, the individual may be removed from the premises and the individual's employer notified of our suspicions based on observation.

Remaining PTO balances will be paid to employees with greater than five years of service on the bi-weekly pay date following your last regular paycheck. PTO balances are forfeited at termination for those with less than five years of service, unless the employee performs services in a state that requires it.
